These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inbox Ledger website at https://www.inboxledger.app ("Website") and the services provided by Inbox Ledger (Inbox Ledger, "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Inbox Ledger
Inbox Ledger helps users retrieve and process invoice information by connecting their email accounts. When you subscribe and connect an email account, you authorize Inbox Ledger to access and scan your mailbox solely to locate, retrieve, and process invoices and related billing documents for the service to function.
2. Subscriptions and Refunds
When you subscribe, you may connect one or more email accounts so Inbox Ledger can process your invoices. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of payment by contacting us at support@inboxledger.app.
3. User Data and Privacy
We collect and store user data such as your name, email address, and payment information as necessary to provide the services and manage subscriptions and support. For more information about how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
4. Non-Personal Data Collection

5. Data Usage for AI/ML Models
Inbox Ledger does not use any user data — including any data obtained through Google Workspace or other Workspace APIs — to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. We use your data only to provide, maintain, and improve Inbox Ledger in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Engage in automated abuse, including credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or large-scale automated scraping of the Service or any third-party data accessed through it.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Exceed published rate limits or API quotas, or attempt to circumvent technical restrictions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or any infrastructure used to provide it.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, phishing content, or other malicious code, or to send unsolicited bulk communications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inbox Ledger's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Inbox Ledger be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT EXTRACTED DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.
9. Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure, except that we may terminate immediately for severe violations (such as security breaches, repeated abuse, or activity that causes harm to other users or third parties). Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Delaware. Each party waives any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights or confidential information.
11. Google API Services
Use of the Service that interacts with Google APIs is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12. DMCA
If you believe that material accessible on or from the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@inboxledger.app. Your notice must include:
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
