Insights

Viewer+

Insights turns your processed documents into charts so you can see where the money goes without exporting anything. Open Dashboard, then Insights to view it. Every role can read this page, including viewer, and there is no plan gate.

The charts

The page shows three charts plus a list of detected subscriptions.

Spend over time. Total spend across the date range, plotted on a timeline so you can spot busy months.
Spend by tag. A breakdown by the tags applied to your invoices and receipts, which is useful for accounting categories or client codes.
Processing stats. Counts that show how many documents Inbox Ledger handled, so you can track throughput.

Detected subscriptions

Below the charts, Inbox Ledger lists vendors it recognizes as recurring software charges. Each entry rolls up the invoices from that vendor so you can review what renews on its own. Pair this with the Auto-tag Subscriptions setting described in Tags to keep recurring charges grouped.

Granularity and date range

Use the granularity control to switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views. When you pick a date range that is too wide for the chosen step, the page falls back to a coarser granularity on its own. A long range requested as daily moves to weekly or monthly so the chart stays readable.

Amounts that arrive in different currencies are converted to your organization's base currency using exchange rates before they are charted. Set the base currency under Settings, then General.
