Organization settings
Configure org name, default currency, amount format, auto-tag behaviour, and org deletion.
Organization settings
Admin+Go to Dashboard, then Settings, then General to control your organization's name, its currency, and how money is shown across every page. Admins and owners can edit these fields. Deleting the organization is reserved for the owner.
Org name
You can rename the organization at any time. The name shows up in the dashboard header, in team invitation emails, in exported reports, and in the org switcher when you belong to more than one organization. It must be between 2 and 100 characters.
Default currency
Pick a currency from the dropdown, which lists common ISO codes such as USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD.
The default fills in when an extracted invoice carries no currency of its own, and it seeds new vendors you create by hand.
A currency read off the actual invoice always wins over this default.
Amount format
Four sub-options work together to control how every monetary amount renders across the dashboard:
- Currency position. Symbol before the amount (
$1,234.56) or after it (1,234.56 $). - Decimal separator. A dot or a comma.
- Thousands separator. A comma, a dot, a space, an apostrophe, or a backtick.
- Currency display. Symbol (
$) or code (USD).
A live preview updates as you change each value. The form blocks an invalid combination, so you cannot pick the same character for both the decimal and the thousands separator.
Your choice applies right away to every page that shows amounts: document tables, detail views, line items, insights, and exports.

Auto-tag subscriptions
Turn this on and any invoice that matches the recurring-charge pattern (a repeating vendor with a steady amount) picks up the Subscription tag on its own.
Switch it off if it tags too much.
For tighter control over what gets tagged, write a custom AI rule instead.
Delete organization
Owner only. This permanently removes the organization and all of its data: sources, documents, invoices, vendors, tags, integrations, rules, exports, webhooks, forwarding addresses, bank statements, and reconciliation records.
Any Lemon Squeezy subscriptions (active, past-due, and incomplete) are cancelled as part of the delete. If that cancellation fails, the delete is stopped and you are asked to retry, which keeps a charge from outliving the data it paid for.
Members lose access at once. Anyone who also belongs to other organizations keeps their access there. Your own user account stays.
Before you can confirm, the modal shows an impact summary with the document count, the member count, and the subscription status.
