Push to QuickBooks and Dynamics

Push extracted invoices into QuickBooks Online as Bills or Dynamics 365 Business Central as Purchase Invoices.

Push to QuickBooks and Dynamics

Admin+

Accounting exports push the extracted data from an invoice into your bookkeeping ledger. Connecting either accounting integration is an admin or owner action. Once it is connected, anyone with the member role and above can push a document.

What a push creates

A pushed invoice becomes a record in your accounting system.

  • QuickBooks Online. The invoice becomes a Bill.
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central. The invoice becomes a Purchase Invoice.

Connect an accounting integration

Open Integrations

In the dashboard, open Settings, then the Integrations tab.

Connect your provider

Find the QuickBooks Online or Dynamics 365 Business Central card and click Connect. You go to the provider's sign-in screen.

Approve access

Sign in and approve the access. The provider sends you back to the Integrations tab.

Configure field mapping

An admin maps fields such as the expense account and the vendor so pushed records land in the right place in your ledger.

Integrations tab with QuickBooks Online and Dynamics cards
Dashboard then Settings then Integrations. Show the QuickBooks Online and Dynamics 365 Business Central cards with their Connect buttons and the field-mapping panel.

Push an invoice

Open Documents, open a row menu, and click Push to QuickBooks or Push to Dynamics 365 Business Central. To push several at once, select the invoices and use the matching push button in the batch bar.

Automatic push

New invoices can auto-push as they are captured once the target is turned on, so they reach your ledger without a manual step. A manual push you run by hand does not retry on failure.
