  • We support Gmail (via Google OAuth), Outlook and Microsoft 365 (via Microsoft OAuth), and any IMAP-compatible email service including Yahoo, Zoho, Fastmail, and self-hosted servers.
  • Absolutely. For Gmail and Outlook, we use secure sign-in — we never see your password. For other providers, your password is kept encrypted on our servers. Your emails stay in your inbox; we only read attachments and metadata.
  • Each organization gets up to 5 unique forwarding addresses. Forward any email to that address and the attachments are processed automatically. Great for suppliers who email invoices to a shared mailbox.
  • Yes. When connecting a new email source, you can choose to scan emails from any time range — this month, this quarter, this year, or all time. Results appear progressively as processing completes.
  • Before extracting data, a lightweight AI model classifies each attachment as financial or non-financial. Non-financial documents (marketing PDFs, newsletters, etc.) are skipped entirely and don't consume credits.
  • Yes. Link your Telegram or WhatsApp account to your organization, then send photos of paper receipts. The bot processes them through the same AI pipeline and adds them to your dashboard.
  • Yes. Invite team members and have each person connect their email. All invoices from all connected inboxes are centralized in one dashboard with source tracking.
  • We use SHA-256 content hashing and source-level deduplication. If the same invoice arrives from multiple sources, only one copy is processed.
  • Email sources are scanned every hour using incremental sync (Gmail History API, Outlook Delta Query, IMAP SINCE). Only new messages since the last scan are processed.
  • Yes. Use our AI Rules engine to exclude emails from specific senders, with certain subjects, or matching other conditions. Rules are written in plain English.
