  • Yes — every new customer gets a one-time welcome bonus on their first paid subscription. Monthly plans include 2x credits on your first month (doubles your document allowance). Yearly plans include +4 months of credits on your first year (on top of your annual allowance). The bonus applies to your first paid subscription only and doesn't repeat on renewals.
  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance — one credit processes one document. When credits run out, new documents are held until you upgrade your plan or purchase Credit Bundles. Bundles never expire and stack on top of your plan’s monthly credits, so you can top up anytime.
  • No. All plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Yearly plans save 30% versus monthly and can be cancelled anytime — you keep access through the end of the paid period.
  • We offer a full refund within 3 days of payment on all plans, so you can try risk-free. The Starter plan at $13/month billed annually ($156/year) is also a great low-cost way to get started.
  • Yearly billing saves you 30% compared to monthly. You pay the discounted rate for the full 12 months upfront. For example, Growth goes from $49/month to $34/month billed annually ($408/year).
  • Additional email connections are included in higher plans — upgrade anytime and the change is prorated. Every plan also includes up to five free forwarding addresses (e.g., xxxxxxxx@fw.inboxledger.app) you can use to route mail from any inbox without adding another connection.
