  • Connect your QuickBooks account via OAuth. When an invoice is processed, Inbox Ledger creates a bill in QuickBooks with vendor, line items, amounts, and tax details automatically.
  • Yes. You can enable any combination of exports — for example, Google Drive for PDF storage, Google Sheets for a data registry, and QuickBooks for accounting. All run in parallel.
  • Files are uploaded to a dedicated "Inbox Ledger" folder (configurable). Each file is named with vendor, invoice number, and date. You can browse and select subfolders from the settings page.
  • The full JSON payload includes all extracted fields (vendor, amounts, dates, line items), document metadata, source information, and a download link for the original PDF. Payloads are signed for security so your code can verify they really came from us.
  • Forwarding capture is for *receiving* invoices (you forward emails to Inbox Ledger). Email routing is for *sending* processed invoices to recipients (e.g., your accountant) with extracted data and the original PDF attached.
  • Yes. Email routing supports conditions based on vendor, amount, currency, tags, and more. You can have different routing rules for different invoice types.
  • Failed exports are retried automatically. You can also manually re-trigger any export from the document detail page. Export status is tracked per document.
  • Xero integration is in beta. Connect your Xero account and invoices will be pushed as bills with full field mapping. Contact support for early access.
  • Yes. Point the webhook URL to your Zapier or Make webhook trigger. The JSON payload works natively with both platforms for building custom automations.
  • Each organization has its own set of integrations. Switch between organizations in the dashboard to configure integrations independently.
