Raw documents and extracted data are never used for model training, shared with third parties, or accessed by Inbox Ledger staff without explicit authorization. All processing is ephemeral — the AI model does not retain document content after extraction.

Yes. Inbox Ledger is GDPR-compliant. Your invoice data is encrypted both when stored and in transit. You can delete individual documents, entire workspaces, or request a full data export any time. Email passwords and connection tokens are kept encrypted, even from our team. For enterprise compliance needs, contact us.

When your credit balance reaches zero, new documents will not be processed until credits are replenished. Existing extracted data remains fully accessible — you can still view, export, and manage all previously processed invoices. To resume processing, purchase a credit bundle or upgrade your plan. No data is lost when credits are exhausted.
