Step-by-step: download invoices from Revolut Business
- 1
Sign in to Revolut Business
Go to business.revolut.com and sign in. The Business dashboard is separate from the personal Revolut app, so make sure you are on the business side. Switch accounts from the workspace picker in the top-left if you manage more than one.
- 2
Open Statements
In the left sidebar, click Statements. The direct URL is business.revolut.com/statements. This is where you download consolidated statements per account, per currency, for any period you need.
- 3
Pick account, currency, and period
Revolut Business lets you hold multiple currency accounts under the same login. Pick the account and currency from the filter dropdowns. Then set the start and end date. Monthly is standard, but you can pick custom ranges.
- 4
Choose PDF or Excel format
The PDF is a formatted statement suitable for accountants, banks, or audit submissions. The Excel export gives transaction-level data. Download both for complete records. Each account and currency needs its own statement.
- 5
For platform fee invoices check the Subscription section
Revolut Business charges a monthly subscription for paid plans (Grow, Scale, Enterprise). Those subscription invoices are under Settings, then Plan, then Billing history. Download each monthly invoice PDF separately and file with your other subscription expenses.
About Revolut Business billing
Revolut Business is built for fast-moving teams that move money across borders. The documentation flow is clean once you know where everything lives, and confusing until you do.
The main catch: account statements and subscription invoices are in different sections entirely. Miss the subscription side and your accountant will ask where the platform fee receipts went.
Revolut Business splits documents into two categories. Statements (under Statements in the sidebar) cover all transaction activity per currency account. Subscription invoices (under Settings, then Plan, then Billing history) cover your Revolut Business plan fees. You need both for complete records.
About Revolut Business
Revolut Business is the B2B arm of Revolut, launched as a multi-currency business account and payment service. Headquartered in London, Revolut serves businesses across the UK, EU, US, and several other regions. The platform supports multiple currencies, team cards, expense management, accounting integrations, and a robust API. Billing has two parts: the platform subscription (monthly fee for paid plans) and transaction activity on each currency account.
Manual vs automated

- Export to Drive, Sheets, or your accounting system
Why people stop doing this by hand
Multi-currency businesses, agencies managing several clients, and any team using Revolut as its primary operational account hit the same routine. Each currency is a separate statement. Each month is a separate subscription invoice. Each team card has its own activity log.
Revolut has a clean dashboard and clear exports, which makes the click-through less painful than some competitors. The problem is still volume. Ten currencies, twelve months, plus subscription invoices is 130 documents a year per entity. At scale, that is not a good use of an accountant's time.
Team card expense tracking adds another wrinkle. Individual card transactions show up on the statement but the merchant receipts live in whatever inbox or app the cardholder uses. Reconciling every team purchase against its merchant receipt is a recurring monthly task for most finance leads, and Revolut's built-in Expenses feature helps but does not solve it end to end.
Next step
If you run one currency and one subscription, manual works. If you are a multi-currency operation, an agency, or a business with multiple Revolut entities, connect Revolut Business to Inbox Ledger and let the documents come to you.

Pro tips
- Revolut Business has two document types. Account statements (for transactions) and subscription invoices (for platform fees). Both are needed for complete accounting.
- Each currency account is treated separately. A business with GBP, EUR, and USD accounts needs three statements per month.
- The Scheduled Payments, Transfers, and Card Payments sections each have their own transaction views that are helpful for deeper analysis but the statement is the primary document for accountants.
- Revolut Business also offers team cards. Individual card transactions show up on the account statement. For card-specific statements, go to Cards and pick a card to view its transactions.
- For team members who make expenses, Revolut has a built-in expense management feature with receipt capture, but those receipts do not replace invoices from the vendors themselves.
