Yes. You can activate several export targets in parallel. For example, the same invoice can be sent to Google Drive, appended to a Google Sheet, and posted to QuickBooks — all triggered by a single extraction event.
You define conditions — such as "vendor is AWS and total exceeds $500" — and specify recipient addresses. When an extracted invoice matches, Inbox Ledger sends an email with the invoice details and optionally attaches the original PDF.
New invoices append a fresh row to the designated spreadsheet. If an existing invoice is re-extracted, the engine locates the row by document ID and updates it in place — ensuring the sheet always reflects current data without duplicates.
Exports carry vendor name, invoice number, issue date, due date, currency, subtotal, tax, discount, total, all line items, applied tags, and source information. Field mapping is adjustable per integration.
Adding, configuring, or removing integrations requires an admin or owner role. Standard members can trigger manual exports to destinations that are already set up but cannot modify the integration configuration.

Raw documents and extracted data are never used for model training, shared with third parties, or accessed by Inbox Ledger staff without explicit authorization. All processing is ephemeral — the AI model does not retain document content after extraction.
Yes. Inbox Ledger is GDPR-compliant. Your invoice data is encrypted both when stored and in transit. You can delete individual documents, entire workspaces, or request a full data export any time. When your credit balance reaches zero, new documents will not be processed until credits are replenished. Existing extracted data remains fully accessible — you can still view, export, and manage all previously processed invoices. To resume processing, purchase a credit bundle or upgrade your plan. No data is lost when credits are exhausted.
