OAuth-based providers never share your password with us. For IMAP connections, credentials are kept encrypted and stored server-side only. Inbox Ledger requests read-only access — it cannot modify, delete, or send emails.

Yes. Inbox Ledger is GDPR-compliant. Your invoice data is encrypted both when stored and in transit. You can delete individual documents, entire workspaces, or request a full data export any time. When your credit balance reaches zero, new documents will not be processed until credits are replenished. Existing extracted data remains fully accessible — you can still view, export, and manage all previously processed invoices. To resume processing, purchase a credit bundle or upgrade your plan. Absolutely. You can export all extracted invoice data as structured CSV at any time from your dashboard. Original PDF documents stored in your account can be downloaded individually or in bulk. We do not hold your data hostage — portability is a core principle.
