Step-by-step: download invoices from Adobe Creative Cloud
- 1
Sign in at account.adobe.com
Open account.adobe.com and sign in with the Adobe ID on the plan. If you have multiple Adobe IDs (personal and work are easy to confuse), pick the one that actually owns the Creative Cloud subscription. The billing page is tied to the specific Adobe ID, not to the machine you installed the apps on.
- 2
Open Plans
In the top navigation, click Plans. The direct URL is account.adobe.com/plans. This shows every active Adobe subscription tied to this Adobe ID, including Creative Cloud All Apps, single-app plans, Acrobat, Adobe Stock, and teams plans.
- 3
Click Manage plan → Payment & invoices
For the plan you want invoices for, click Manage plan, then select the Payment & invoices (or Billing history) tab. Teams admins should instead go to the Admin Console at adminconsole.adobe.com for consolidated invoices.
- 4
Download each invoice PDF
The billing history table lists each charge. Click View invoice on any row, then Download PDF in the top-right of the invoice view. Adobe emails invoices to the account email by default, but the PDFs in the portal are the authoritative copies.
About Adobe Creative Cloud billing
Adobe Creative Cloud has three different billing flows depending on whether you are a single user, a small team, or an enterprise. Picking the right one before you start hunting invoices saves you an afternoon.
Personal plans live in the Adobe account portal. Teams live in the Admin Console. Enterprise contracts come by email from an account executive. If you have all three (not uncommon for agencies), you have three places to visit.
Adobe Stock and Adobe Acrobat are billed as separate subscriptions even if you added them from the same shopping cart as Creative Cloud. Check account.adobe.com/plans to see every active subscription on your Adobe ID before you assume you have found everything. Finance teams regularly miss a small Stock subscription hiding under a former employee's Adobe ID.
About Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe Creative Cloud is the subscription service from Adobe Inc. that bundles Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, and the rest of Adobe's creative software. Founded in 1982 and publicly traded, Adobe moved from perpetual licenses to Creative Cloud in 2013. Today it sells personal plans (single app or All Apps), teams plans (with centralized admin), and enterprise ETLA contracts, each with its own billing path.
Manual vs automated
Manual
- Pick the right Adobe ID and portal (personal versus teams)
- Open Plans and click Manage plan
- Download each invoice PDF from Payment & invoices
- Cross-check Adobe Stock and Acrobat as separate subscriptions
- Forward to your accountant
Automated with Inbox Ledger
- Point Adobe billing email at Inbox Ledger once
- All Creative Cloud, Stock, and Acrobat invoices land in your dashboard
- Export to Drive, Sheets, or your accounting system
Why people stop doing this by hand
Adobe is where creative teams end up with invoices nobody remembers signing up for. A designer buys a one-month All Apps plan to test a feature, forgets to cancel, and the charge rolls for years under a personal email. The invoice PDF lives in an Adobe account the finance team has never seen.
Teams plans are cleaner, but even then, the Admin Console is its own login and its own set of credentials. Enterprise is cleanest (everything by email) but hardest to tie back to self-serve purchases from individual designers. Automating the collection means you stop relying on anyone remembering to forward anything.
Next step
If you buy one All Apps plan and never change it, manual is fine. If your team has a mix of personal and teams subscriptions, or multiple Adobe IDs floating around, connect Adobe billing to Inbox Ledger once and let invoices land automatically.
Quick access
Jump straight to the Adobe Creative Cloud billing page in a new tab.
Open Adobe Creative Cloud billingWhere to look in the dashboard
- account.adobe.com/plans is the personal and small teams entry point
- adminconsole.adobe.com is the entry point for Creative Cloud for Teams
- Enterprise customers receive invoices from their account executive directly
- Adobe Stock billing lives under a separate tab within Payment & invoices
Before you start — quick checklist
- The invoice number is visible at the top of the PDF
- The Adobe ID email matches the one you expect to bill against
- The plan name (All Apps, Single App, Acrobat, Stock) is correct
- Tax is broken out separately for VAT, GST, or sales tax jurisdictions
- Teams invoices include seat counts if you are on a teams plan
Pro tips
- Personal Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams have different billing flows. Personal goes through account.adobe.com. Teams goes through adminconsole.adobe.com.
- Annual plans show one invoice per year. Monthly plans (including the pricier "month-to-month" tier) generate twelve.
- Adobe Stock is billed separately from Creative Cloud apps, even if you bundle them in the same purchase.
- Enterprise (Creative Cloud for Enterprise, ETLA) is invoiced by the Adobe account team. Those do not appear in the self-serve portal.
- Promotional discounts (student, teacher, early renewal) show as credits on the invoice. The prorated amount on the PDF is what you actually paid.
