Where can I find my Canva invoices?

Go to canva.com/settings/billing-and-teams. The Billing history section at the bottom of the page lists every invoice with a download icon next to each row. You need to be the team owner or an admin with billing permission. Regular members do not see this page.

Does Canva email invoices automatically?

Yes, to the billing email configured on the team. That is usually the email of whoever set up the subscription. You can change the billing contact in Edit billing details so the invoice goes to an accounting inbox instead. Other team admins do not automatically get a copy.

Can I bulk download all my Canva invoices?

No, the Billing history table supports one download click per row and there is no CSV or API export of invoices. Why was I billed in a different currency than I signed up with?

Canva bills in the currency of the regional entity that owns your account (USD for Americas, GBP for UK, EUR for EU, AUD for APAC). How do I add my VAT or ABN to Canva invoices?

Click Edit billing details on the Billing and teams page and enter your tax registration number, legal entity name, and address. Canva applies this to future invoices. Past invoices need a support ticket for a corrected reissue, which they will do within the current tax year.

What is the difference between Canva Pro and Canva Teams for billing?

Can I give my accountant access to Canva invoices without design access?

Open Account Settings in Canva
Sign in at canva.com, click your profile icon in the top-right, then choose Account Settings. If you manage more than one team, use the team switcher in the top-left sidebar to pick the one that owns the subscription before you go further.

In Account Settings, click Billing and teams in the left sidebar. The direct URL is canva.com/settings/billing-and-teams. This page shows your active subscription, seats, payment method, and a Billing history section with every past invoice.

Click the download icon on each invoice row
Each entry in Billing history has a small download icon at the right edge. Click it to save the PDF. Canva generates the invoices directly, so the seller name on the PDF is the Canva entity that matches your region (Canva Pty Ltd for APAC, Canva UK Ltd for Europe, Canva US for the Americas).

Add your business details before the next renewal
On the Billing and teams page, click Edit billing details. Enter your legal entity name, tax ID (VAT, GST, ABN, or equivalent), and billing address. Future invoices will include those details. Past invoices cannot be edited by you but support can reissue corrected copies.
